Meet Zoe
Over 20+ years working with people in healthcare
I’m a Nutrition & Wellness Coach focused on helping people feel better in their body, build lasting habits, and create real change that fits their life.
This work is personal to me.
I’ve been through my own journey with my health, physically and mentally.
At one point, I was struggling with my weight, a thyroid condition, stress, and anxiety.
Over the past few years, I completely changed how I look after my body and mind, not through extremes, but by learning how to fuel myself properly and build better habits.
Now I’m in the best place I’ve ever been, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
